Data presentation skills to be able to present data in order to make quick decisions. Advanced communication skills for managing cross-functional projects.
What does a DFS Executive do?
Gain a deep understanding of their job and how they contribute to the overall success of the company.
Build contacts and understand how to get the job done smoothly and efficiently.
Review past reports on sales trends and progress on daily and monthly DFS performance, including but not limited to portfolios M, Cash In and DR
Manage DFS operations (agent setup, credit control, etc.) along with reporting and analysis, regional promotion design, etc.
Work with the team in providing various reports/dashboards/tasks to the line manager on channel performance and support.
Timely escalation of channel complaints as well as sharing solution details with sales team
Participation in franchise documentation (induction, change of ownership, suspension, termination)
Develop and organize training for the franchise channel in accordance with the updated business requirements.
Backend support for DFS team induction of new partner
Detailed analysis of the DFS business and identification of areas that need improvement for senior management
Anticipate challenges and their impact on companies and suggest ways to overcome them.
Track the daily performance of your franchise channel and retail channel
Solve operational problems of JAZZ Cash in coordination with Mobilink Bank
Assign DFS/JazzCash credit to selected privileges
Ensures compliance with set target and deadlines for KPIs (national transfers (RD), cash and mobile wallets) across the region.
Address commercial inquiries raised by the sales team through robust and comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it take to become a DFS CEO?
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel, and has solid experience in reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to deliver clear presentations and present in front of a variety of audiences.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and eager to learn at a fast pace and has a high potential for learning and growth.
Flexibility, professionalism, maturity, responsibility and honesty are some of the other qualities we expect from you. A BSc/MSc or BBA/MBA degree from a reputable university will be an added bonus.
